At Whitby Massage & Bodywork Clinic we seek to help those who are suffering all kinds of common physical ailments. We offer therapeutic massage for aches and pains - sore back, shoulders, neck, legs, etc. We address chronic pain syndromes, plantar fasciitis, fibromyalgia, headaches, sciatic pain, and many, more.

We also offer sports massage. Having massaged Phoenix footballers, Pulse netballers, and many other sports people (cyclists, marathon runners, etc), we find sports massage is a popular option for those who want to be able to move more easily and keep themselves in good condition.

For those who just wish to take time for themselves with a little self-care, we offer partial or full-body relaxation massage. Come rest and relax on our heated table (during colder months) with soft background music, and enjoy an amazing 60 or 90 minutes of pure indulgence.
