Waiheke Workout was established in 1996 and is conveniently located on the corner of Ostend and Tahi Roads. Our qualified and friendly staff will ensure that your time in the gym is both effective and enjoyable.

Our facilities include a wide range of modern exercise equipment, a sauna and full bathroom facilities.

When you become a member of the gym your health history and diet will be discussed, your overall fitness will be measured, and your training schedule will be planned. Your fitness and exercise regime will be reviewed regularly to help you reach your fitness goals.

Visitors to Waiheke can purchase a short term pass which provides unlimited access to the gym during your stay.

Personal trainers are available at very competitive rates.

Group classes are run at various times of the week.
