In 2003, Rochelle qualified as a massage therapist gaining a Diploma in Therapeutic Massage and registering with Massage New Zealand.

You can choose from the following massage types:
Relaxation Massage to assist with stress relief and help promote general well-being and relaxation.
Therapeutic Massage to help with relief of muscle soreness / tension and/or injury recovery and the alleviation of symptoms from health conditions.
Sports Massage incorporating pre-event and post-event sports massage which is modified to suit the training level of the athlete.

Rochelle qualified in Bowtech Therapy in 2015, and is now a Registered Professional Practitioner with Bowen Therapy New Zealand.

Bowtech, or The Bowen Technique as it is also known, is a holistic, gentle therapy which helps address the balance of the body as well as targeting specific conditions. Conditions for which Bowtech can be helpful include bowel disorders, urinary problems, menopause, menstral issues, chronic pain, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, gbs, migraines, headaches, sleeping disorders, swallowing problems, teeth grinding, arthritis and many more.

Appointments are available at Rochelle’s home based Whitby clinic on weekdays, including Monday and Thursday evenings.
