    Thank Goodness I Found This Place
    I actually don't know how to explain but I need people to know that if you are feeling out of balance or out of sorts in any way then just walking into the oasis of calm that is The Synergy Centre will give you such a peacefully relaxed feeling. Shannon is so very heart centred and really make you feel you matter. Her level of care is truly phenomenal. I have been coming to her for Reiki for quite some time now and it is definitely the BEST Reiki I have ever experienced. I highly recommend Shannon and The Synergy Centre. It's my 'Go To' place when I need balance and a truly blissful escape from what Shannon calls the noisy confusion of life!.

    Meditation
    I was experiencing quite alot of stress in my work and personal life. I had tried meditation before but just couldn't seem to stop the stressful thoughts flooding my mind. I know someone who did Shannon's meditation classes at The Synergy Centre and recommended her. I contacted Shannon for 1-2-1 lessons and it was the best thing I could have done. Shannon is full of compassion and really cares. Her lessons made what I had expected to be difficult so easy. Her techniques are simple and very easy to adopt and because of that meditation has changed my life. I'm now a regular meditater, no longer stressed or angry, I'm sleeping better and have alot more resilience. I highly recommend Shannon's meditation lessons.

    I Am Grateful
    I am so grateful for Shannon. I have had hypnotherapy in the past but no one had taken the time to understand ME. Shannon did, she took time to understand me and the issue I had come to her for. It really made me feel like I mattered to her. The session that we had was life changing for me and I really believe it is because of her understanding of me and my issue. I highly recommend her.
