Description

Katie is a degree qualified registered Naturopath (BNatMed) and is also an accredited G.E.M.M. (Gut, Ecology & Metabolic Modulation) clinician. Her approach to healthcare uses Nutrigenomic Principles looking 'upstream' at a cellular level. Nutrigenomics is an evidence based strategy scientifically anchored in the principles of Nature and 21st century science which targets varying health conditions. It is a gentle and effective approach with rarely the need for synthetic formulas or expensive functional testing. Nutrigenomic (food derived molecules) and/or herbal medicines may be prescribed as appropriate. Results are often seen within 12 weeks.

Katie can also help those in pursuit of preventive medicine for long term health. She will empower you to balance your life and take charge of your own health, mind and body.

Previously employed as a Naturopath in a large integrative clinic, Katie worked alongside Integrative Medical Doctors and Psychologists gaining substantial experience and better understanding of pathology and functional testing.
Katie has also enjoyed years of living and working overseas in Australia, Europe and America. She is an avid runner, and loves tennis, Pilates, yoga, the beach and spending time with friends and family.
