Hello, I'm Nicole! I am a qualified New Zealand Registered Nutritionist, with a down-to-earth approach to health & wellness. Sharing no-nonsense nutrition information to support and inspire you to explore and connect with food for nourishment and satisfaction.

I don't believe that restrictive diets offer a long-term, sustainable solution. I'll help you to ditch diets and create a balanced relationship with food, so that you can start to enjoy eating again.

* Do you find that eating certain foods lead to bloating or an upset stomach? Together we'll figure out what may be causing those symptoms and make a plan to sort it out.

* Have you been diagnosed with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), coeliac disease or diabetes; and are dazed & confused by the dietary recommendations to manage the condition? I can offer advice and tools to support you through making the necessary dietary changes.

* Do you want to learn how to cook delicious, nutritious foods to support your body and health? I host both in-person & online cooking classes that answer your food and nutrition questions, as well as giving you the confidence to try new things in the kitchen.
