Hello. I'm Beth, a Pilates instructor living in Christchurch. My online studio is called My Pilates Time, where I teach live online classes and provide an On Demand platform for beginner level Pilates.

Having helped many women feel good about themselves and finally start to enjoy movement, I decided to create the online studio to make looking after yourself easy.

My Pilates Time allows members to log in and choose a class from the extensive library. (or follow the weekly plan). Most classes are 15-20 minutes long and are done from the comfort of your home.
This truly is a do-able, effective way to get moving, reduce pain, move with ease and maintain muscle tone.

The nice thing about My Pilates Time is that you don't need to be 'into fitness' to get started with me. I will show you how you can progress with simple movements and show you the work arounds if you have a bad back or a dodgy knee!
