We are an evidence-based, Osteopathic clinic based out of Waitakere Health Hub West Auckland. We focus on acute injury management, pain relief, injury prevention, and rehabilitation. Our treatment helps a wide range of issues, from neck pain, shoulder pain and headaches to musculoskeletal problems and sporting injuries. Plus, we now offer Shockwave Therapy.


We work with you to find the underlying cause of pain and dysfunction rather than providing a temporary quick fix. Ultimately we want to give our patients the tools to manage their injury and remain pain-free whilst giving their body a helping hand to do what it does best, heal. We treat muscle aches and pains, joint pain, sports injuries and a wide range of other issues. We are also here to help those without pain that want to improve their general health. We take a holistic, hands-on approach to healthcare, primarily dealing with conditions that impact the body's muscles, connective tissues, nerves, joints, ligaments and tendons.

We understand the importance of accessible healthcare. Our team of West Auckland Osteopaths are ACC-registered and Southern Cross-affiliated providers. This means we can submit ACC claims on your behalf or, if required, apply for further treatment, and we can process payments directly with Southern Cross.

    Best Osteopath Auckland
    Best Osteopath I’ve been to! Very caring team, took the time to listen and felt like they really cared. If you are in Auckland, I highly recommend these Osteopaths. If you have an ongoing tendon issue like I had ask them about Shockwave Therapy, it is amazing.
