Our Christchurch-based osteopathic team is made up of highly skilled practitioners and friendly administrators, all dedicated to improving the lives of our patients.

Our focus is twofold – we provide immediate relief from pain and discomfort while simultaneously addressing the underlying cause of that pain. We diagnose areas of musculoskeletal weakness, correct imbalances and enhance the way our patients' bodies function, constantly searching for the long-term solution rather than the short-term fix. The end result? Healthier, happier people leading fuller, more active lives.

What does an Osteopath do?

Osteopathy is a form of ‘manual medicine’ that addresses health issues by massaging, stretching and manipulating muscles and joints. Osteopaths go further than the site of an injury, addressing the root cause of pain and discomfort in a bid to prevent ongoing issues. Osteopathy is used to solve an exhaustive array of problems, from neck and back pain, occupational overuse syndrome and sporting injuries to problems with flexibility.
