I am a therapeutic / neurological coach who specializes in stress, anxiety and deep self belief change work. I use a variety of different modalities including (though not exclusively) NLP, mBraining and ACT. My clients come from a variety of backgrounds, with some finding themselves in difficult workplaces, and others being leaders of workplaces.

My coaching requires a commitment from you as the client, to take action and want to change. I work at a deep neurological level to help you to rewire your nervous system to create sustainable change, but I cannot do that for you. I can however guide you in how to do it for yourself. It is my honour and privilege to work with individuals to help them to create new choices.

I work on a one to one basis, and in organisations, as well as partnering with a GP Practice. Clients either come to see me in person, or if appropriate I can coach by skype or zoom offering extended flexibility for those who cannot get to me in my rooms.

I write regularly for a number of publications (for example: The Great Health Guide; World Wide Coaching Magazine: Rapport) and frequently publish articles on LinkedIn. I have also authored a number of books and book chapters, as well as many academic papers and I am involved in practical research to demonstrate the effectiveness of my practice. I am also continually updating my skills and ensuring I offer the absolute cutting edge of evidence based practice.
