I am a NZ Registered Dietitian with 30 years experience. I operate my private practice, Lifestyle Nutrition and Health from my beautiful home in Albany- 65 The Avenue, Lucas Heights . My specialty ares of dietetics are weight loss, diabetes, heart disease, bowel disorders such as Irritable Bowel Disease, endocrine diseases, poly-cystic ovary syndrome, bariatric diet, veganism and vegetarian diet, sports nutrition , Coeliac Disease, food allergies and intolerances, diet in pregnancy.
