Getting you out of your head and into your body so you can start to utilise all the aspects of the whole self through using The Energy Codes Breathwork techniques.

Creatorship
Helping you create the life you desire by recognising that you are not a victim of your circumstances but rather here to learn from them. And by doing so move towards an empowered state of creatorship with the universe.

Clearing Subconscious Interference
Updating subconscious memory patterns by using Dr Sue Morter's BEST (Bio Energetic Synchronisation Technique) Release technique and the M-Power Step.

Soulful Self
Remembering who you are and why you came.

In-Person and Remote Healing
As a qualified Reiki Practitioner, I also offer Remote Healing as an additional or stand-alone modality. In these times of less hands-on and more separation it's hard to get up close with clients to heal in person. But as you may know, everything is energy and there is no such thing as time and space, so healing is just as possible and effective from a distance.

Animal Healing
As a qualified Reiki practitioner, I also do animal healing - particularly equine.
