I offer an online service for clients needing dietary consultations in order to manage their weight, lower cholesterol or blood pressure, improve gut health, address allergy issues and improve their physical fitness
I specialize in sport and children so enjoy helping individuals/families wanting to improve their performance at school, work or on the playing field.
With >40 years of experience to share with you I will listen to your needs and together find the quickest pathway to help you get results.

Group sessions
I also offer a service for companies or sporting groups wanting wellness seminars in Christchurch and am happy to attend your premises to do so.

Long-term education and support
In order to preserve your effort and mine I have established a support system of monthly newsletters and website articles covering issues that are topical along with recipes and links to reputable websites that can offer you extra help. This service is free and anyone can subscribe from my website
