    I've never had much success with Physiotherapists. I'm usually in and out with a stretch or two, no results, out of pocket and still frustrated. Jodi however has restored my confidence. After a back injury that left me partially paralysed for weeks 18 months ago, Jodi patiently persisted with me and explained things in a clear logical way. She's a hands on professional who explores options to find the right fit for each client. What I love most is that Jodi has excellent understanding of the way the woman's body operates, how it responds to touch and how to treat it both physically and even emotionally. I even learned to breathe correctly (I never knew I wasn't, or that my incorrect breathing was contributing to the issue!). Our sessions were always a delight and I went away with relief and motivation. Jodi is not costly and the good length of her sessions give time for the process to take place. I find Jodi's depth of interest and treatment of her clients to be reassuring and motivating. Thanks for helping me get my mobility and strength back and teaching me about how my own body works Jodi ????
