Description

I help people whose lives are being disrupted or destroyed by IBS to experience a long lasting and significant reduction in their symptoms, so they can regain the freedom and quality of life they used to enjoy.

To transform people's lives in this way, I use gut directed hypnotherapy (IBS Hypnosis), an evidence based proven treatment for long-term significant relief of IBS symptoms.

Four decades of clinical trials has confirmed that gut directed hypnotherapy (GDH) is the most effective way of significantly relieving IBS symptoms. GDH consistently achieves better results than any other form of IBS treatment. Success rates of 60-80% for reduction in symptoms are common. As an added bonus, there are no known side effects gut-directed hypnotherapy, unlike medicinal based treatments.

My bespoke Hypnosi4IbBS program is delivered over zoom and in person (for those in the Wellington region only).

The 10 Week Hypnosis4ibs Program Comprises:
- Five one to one tailored hypnotherapy sessions that address the cause(s) and maintaining factor(s) unique to you.
- Eight tailored gut-directed hypnotherapy audios you listen to between sessions. These build on, and reinforce, the change work done in the one-to-one sessions.
- Psychoeducation about IBS and the mind/body connection.
- Skill development. You are going to learn and practice: simple self-hypnosis; pain management techniques; stress and anxiety management techniques.
