I have been in the fitness industry for over 15 years, over the last 8, I have been running group training and I noticed that the attendance and results in my group training were better than my personal 121 training.

This was the reason I started Invigorate, in a group environment clients worked harder, they came more and they had more fun during the session.

In 2017 Invigorate was born and we bring expert coaching, expert programming and a community that keeps you wanting to come back for more.
