I am Marina Locke, a structural integration therapist and use my 30+ years of skills from massage therapy (Canadian trained), craniosacral therapy, dynamic cupping/stone therapy, and yoga to facilitate postural awareness, soft tissue issues, restore sleep, and overall wellness to healing from the inside out. I have designed my own integrated method. I generally work with bodies that might look fit but aren't moving well. I have specialized in teaching professionals overseas and in NZ about pregnancy and postnatal massage and yoga for most of my career and so have a separate website and face book page for that, Motherwellness and Mother and Baby Wellness.

I hold retreats for overworked people in the lovely alpine area at the Boyle River Outdoor Education Centre and other quiet and special locations. My next retreat is in Golden Bay. No distractions, just natural surroundings with simple but comfortable accommodation and the right amount of yoga asana and meditation.
