Aromatherapy massage, Reiki, Bach Flower Remedies and coaching. I classify myself as an Integrated Body Therapist, where I work both on a physical level and can also work with your thought processes. I am a Strategic Intervention coach. I would love to help you achieve some of your life goals.
I have been a massage therapist, aromatherapist for the past 20 years. I do make up specific blends of oils for each client when they come to their appointment. I have also a great Head Lice repellent and Ease blend for pain.
Sometimes life gets in the way for us making decisions, I can help you work out ways to navigate this. Find what you truly want to be doing or where you would like to be in life. Sometimes have someone to support you whilst making decision is all it requires, let me be that help.
I have been working with aromatherapy for the passed 27 years, I love the essential oils and know using them during a massage can help the relaxation process and soothe the body and mind. The oils can also help on physical aches and pains. (it will depend on the different chemical constituents in the oil to which one is appropriate for you).
I work from home and have a clinic on my property which is peaceful and relaxing. Away from the business of life. You deserve to be cared for. I look forward to hearing from you.
