Healing Nutrition came about because I wanted to help people with their health journey by educating and supporting them in making good food and lifestyle choices. As a Clinical Nutritionist, I am passionate about wholesome food and helping people regain their health and energy. I have an holistic approach and consider each client's health history, emotional wellbeing, lifestyle and food choices to develop a treatment plan specific to their needs.

My special interests include:

- Gut Health focusing on IBS, constipation, diarrhoea, food sensitivities and other gut
concerns. Many conditions start in the gut.
- Fatigue, including chronic fatigue syndrome and fibromyalgia.
- Autoimmune conditions, such as coeliac disease, diabetes, inflammatory bowel disease,
Hashimotos and others.
- Children's health.
- Stress management.
