I believe that everybody has the capacity to live their best lives, feeling healthy and well. I want to help you restore balance and optimise your health and wellness.
Harriet Naturopathy offers bespoke, individual care and wellness plans that apply the naturopathic principles to help you achieve your goals. My approach involves assessing all aspects of your health, then applying a combination of nutritional therapies and lifestyle modifications, whilst providing coaching and support. I prescribe and dispense herbal formulas while recommending complementary therapies, supplementation, and functional testing where necessary.
