Description

We are a small and busy Non Profit Ogaization which provides gymnastic and other activie movement classes for the wider community 6 days a week 50 weeks of the year.
We have quaiified,, entusiastic and dedicated staff who have a passionate about the physical and cognitive development of yound children. We provide BabyGym for chidlren 6 months to 2 years. PlayGym for 2 - 5 year olds during weekdays and weekends. There are GymFun, Recareational Gymnastics, Team Gym and Tumbling afterschool classes for children 5yr - 15yrs both boys and girls .
We provide specially designed activemovement classes for local preschools and gymnastic classes for school within the South Auckland region. These classes are designed to forfull the schools specific needs and demographics. We work with the Helburg Trust and local schools providing adapitive gymnastic classes for children with physical, cognitive and senory challenges.These claases are forboth preschool and school ages children.
GymCity provides a youth mentoring programme for toung people who have an interest in learning to be a coach for gymnastics or a coach in Holiday programme During the mentoring programme we offer them a chance to gain a Gymnastic quailfication through Gymnastics New Zealand's Xtend programme. This is a 2-3 year programme.
We also provideand action packed fun, caring and very afforable Oscar & WINZ Holiday programmes every school holidays from 7am - 6pm. The holiday programmes allow the children to play and explore activities on the gymnatic equipment, be creative with a variety of different arts and crafts and we take them on 1 excursion per week. We have a 1 to 6 ratio when we are off site and a 1 - 10 on site.
