Bronwyn is a registered Nutritional Therapist and certified NLP practitioner who uses the functional medicine approach to help her clients achieve optimum health.

Bronwyn is motivated by the desire to make a real difference in the health and happiness of as many people as possible. As a mum of four children – and with almost 20 years experience across education and children’s development, parenting support and health coaching – she understands the real-world challenges relating to health, balance and adopting change. Her supervised clinical training has honed her skills as an insightful and reflective practitioner, capably translating complicated science into simple recommendations that fit into your lifestyle.

In her Fuel your Family consulting, Bronwyn offers a variety of services, including: individual personalised nutrition consultations, family consultations, functional and genetic testing, workplace wellness, online group programmes, workshops and live events, academic lectures and seminars.

Bronwyn's approach to nutritional therapy is grounded in the principles of Functional Medicine. This approach applies biochemistry and physiology on the basis of individual genetic and environmental uniqueness. This includes the assessment of lifestyle factors such as relaxation, movement, nutrition, stress and relationships along with environmental factors such as pollutants and micro-organisms with genetic predisposition in order to assess core clinical imbalances.
