I offer different combinations of alternative therapy such as natural medicine, nutrition,relaxation massage, personal training and reiki which are individualized to the client, these are available as stand alone services or as a package individually tailored to your needs. I am based in Blockhouse Bay

As a holistic self-sufficiency multi-modality provider, I am passionate about showing and educating people from all walks of life the joys of health and well-being.

I utilise a number of natural techniques and life skills to help claim your good physical, emotional and spiritual health back.
