Best therapist

Working in a physically busy environment on my feet all shift, I have a tendency to cause posture problems. Therefore my back becomes achy and I'm aware of pain in my hips and lower back. Catherine has been the key therapist to relieve these with her massage techniques. Prior to seeing her years ago, my GP referred my to physiotherapists but their help was brief and not what was needed for me. So Catherine's posture maintenance massages for me are the best relief benefit that involves back and body alignment. She can pinpoint the root of the problem, massage these problematic areas and improve your physical well being. She's professional and ultimately the best deep tissue therapist I can highly recommend.

Got my life back

I’m 66 and, prior to coming to Catherine Cunliffe I had tried a number of health modules. I didn’t know what was wrong with me. Despite leading what I consider to be a reasonably healthy life and taking many supplements, my body seemed to be losing its strength and was stiffening up all over; I was always exhausted, and had worsening back pain which was threatening to inhibit my mobility. I started coming to see Catherine and have had six sessions with her. With each session, the pressure she applied on certain parts of my body, her stimulating deep tissue massage, and stretching of my muscles and fasciae, have flexed my system and allowed subtle energy to readily flow through me again, the blockage of which I now realize, was a huge part of all my health problems. Catherine has given me back my life. My treatments with her have returned my physical strength , energy, and mental clarity; have revamped physical mobility, improved my posture, and hugely diminished pain. She has also given me exercises to help maintain and continue to improve these conditions.
