I am a stay at home Mom with 3 small kids. I was constantly at the doctors for all sorts of things for the family, just to be sent home with lotions/antibiotics. Which was a short term solution before the next thing popped up. Basically just treating all the symptoms, and never really looking at the bigger picture. So when I approached Shona I was looking for something different, just not sure what it was. And what she had to offer was the cause of some of these issues, i.e. eczema, dandruff, candida, runny tummies, and chicken pox to name a few. Little bit, by little bit, she changed my whole outlook on alternative medicine, i.e. herbs, natural home remedies, and foods we eat. With every illness, she gave me really useful literature to take home, with a break down of natural remedies to use, along with foods to include or exclude. The food/nutrition side of it has been really interesting for me. Simple suggestions from her side to get the maximum benefit from foods we already have at home. With some changes in ingredients, and different recopies, I feel confident that I am giving my family a balanced and healthy diet. She has enabled me to treat a lot of illnesses at home successfully. For myself I have been struggling to come off antidepressants for 10 years, I can say I have successfully weaned myself off with the help of Shona and her herb combinations. I have more energy, and feel better than what I have in a really long time. It has been a great journey.
