Yoga and Pilates are both forms of exercise which focus on posture, strength, breathing, relaxation, flexibility and mindfulness of movement. Using these principals, Adapted Yoga and Pilates provides classes with a rehabilitation, fitness and relaxation focus.

Our pride is in catering for people of different needs and fitness levels simultaneously in a fun and relaxed environment. Our focus is on you and your goals and ensuring your sessions are catered to you.

We offer group classes, family friendly classes, personal training and Your Group Sessions. We accept cash, credit cards, online bank transfers and direct debits. All services can be paid weekly, fortnightly or monthly, as directed by you. We can book you in to the same class week to week or you can pick and choose your classes as and when they suit you. We confirm via text or email the day before your booked class.

Our group class timetable is:
Mon 10am, 6pm, 7.15pm
Tues 9.30am, 7.15pm, 8.30pm
Weds 9.30am, 6pm ,7.15pm
Thurs 4.45pm, 6pm, 7.15pm
Fri 9.30am
Sat 8.30am, 9.45am
Sun 9.30am

Our focus is ensuring that everyone can join in and gain benefit from our classes whether you are experienced in practicing yoga or pilates, or have injury or health concerns. We can adapt everything to suit you, and our classes are wheelchair accessible. Due to our small class size we give individualised feedback and encouragement. No-one is too challenging!

We provide free Wellbeing reviews (valued at $50) throughout your time with us so we can cater to your needs, and help you achieve your goals, by developing a personalised plan to conquer your barriers and provide you with the tools you need. Come along to our talks and workshops to increase your knowledge and empower you and enjoy our free off-street parking, complimentary refreshments and use our free mats to take the stress away.

    I have been going to Rebecca and her teachers for a few months, I really like the variation in the way each teacher teaches their classes. There is a real personal touch and it feels like your really important and you have a huge amount of help and support to reach your goals.
